Cancellations and refunds policy
How can I cancel my order?
- Cancellation of an order can be requested at any time before dispatch of the order
- Kindly contact our Customer Service Representative by email [email protected] or by phone on +91 96649 24546 should you wish to exercise your right to cancel
- The refund will be processed to your original source of payment, which will take 5-7 days after the refund is initiated.
How will I know about the status of cancellation/refund?
- You will receive a communication on Email/SMS when cancellation is successful
- You will receive a communication on Email/SMS when the refund reference ID has been shared by our payment partner. Refunds should typically hit your original source of payment 5-7 days post that.
Can I return my order?
- Unfortunately, we do not accept any returns
- But in the following rare and unfortunate scenarios, we will be more than happy to send across a replacement, if the request for replacement has been raised within 7 days of delivery of order
1. Wrong products delivered
2. Missing products in the order
3. Damaged products delivered
4. Expired products delivered

- Our customer executives might ask for additional information before processing the request.
Once a replacement request is processed, a new order ID is generated, which is visible in the order history page.
